We’ve outgrown our flat engineering org chart and require an Engineering Manager. You will be a servant-leader running the shop day-to-day while our CTO steers vision, leads R&D, and builds our team’s reputation externally. You will be responsible for people and performance management, ensuring efficient and effective execution and delivery, scaling the team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring engineering excellence.
